Sign up and know everything about thermal insulation.

The technology that enables additional benefits for the civil construction industry.

The thermal insulation panels are a versatile, economical and more sustainable solution for the industry, with applications in several markets. In the civil construction segment, panels with specific attributes help minimize the heat transfer between indoor and outdoor environments, bringing several benefits, among which:

  • Optimized energy efficiency and thermal comfort
  • Reduced consumption of water and generation of waste during the construction
  • Reduced labor force
  • Reduced construction time
  • More agile and safer installation
  • Reduced construction costs
  • Higher productivity

Furthermore, the use of thermal insulation panels enables several technical advantages that make this solution a smarter choice for constructions of all kinds and sizes.

  • Excellent thermal insulation (low thermal conductivity coefficient = 0.021 W/m.K)
  • High mechanical strength (compression, tensile and fatigue resistance)
  • Compliance with the strict international reaction-to-fire standards
  • Chemical and physical stability
  • Resistance to rodents, insects and fungi attacks
  • Ease of application
  • Compliance with the Montreal and Kyoto Protocols

With insulating cores designed to every specific need, the products developed by Dow and its partners provide more stability and resistance, feasible to be used in several applications.

  • Commercial buildings
  • Industrial buildings
  • Modular buildings
  • Shopping malls and supermarkets
  • Thermal power plants
  • Aviaries and poultry farms
  • Offices
  • Electrical & Electronic industry
  • Textile industry
  • Pharmaceutical & Chemical industry
  • Auto dealer facilities
  • Distribution centers
  • Civil construction
